A special feature focusing on the popularity of craft beers among baseball fans at Citizens Bank Park and parking lots will be an editorial highlight in Philly Beer Scene™ Magazine’s August/September edition due out on August 6th. The story also will be showcased on the cover. The bi-monthly magazine’s second edition also will include major editorials on The Art Of Tap Handles, as well as a brewer’s spotlight about Bavarian Barbarian, a new microbrew coming from the Williamsport, PA brewer. There also will be some great bar and restaurant reviews, the magazine’s tasting room feature with two guys on beer, food and home brew recipes, a calendar of beer events, beer travel, tapping into technology and more.

“We’ve put together what we think is a totally informative, enjoyable and colorful second edition for everyone to read and enjoy,” states Neil Harner, editorial director of Philly Beer Scene Magazine. “We’re proud and excited with our latest efforts.”

The new magazine is primarily targeted at 21 to 35 year old males who enjoy drinking American and imported craft beers, however, it is remaining cognizant of the older male demographic and growing female interest in craft beers.
